Welcome to Rinse Pros AZ. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at rinseprosaz.com and any services we provide. By using our website, requesting a quote, booking a service, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Rinse Pros AZ ("we," "us," "our") is a residential and commercial exterior cleaning company providing pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, driveway cleaning, and related services in Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek, and Ahwatukee, Arizona.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, submitting a quote request, or scheduling a service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms.

3. Services

We provide the following exterior cleaning services:

  • Whole-home soft washing for stucco, brick, and other exterior surfaces
  • Window cleaning (exterior, interior, or both as agreed in scope)
  • Driveway, patio, and concrete pressure washing
  • Solar panel cleaning
  • Commercial exterior cleaning
  • Other related services as quoted

The specific scope of work for each job will be defined in your written or text-confirmed quote.

4. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are provided based on information you give us, including property size, service requested, and photos. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. If actual job conditions differ materially from what was described (e.g., square footage, accessibility, condition), we may need to revise the quote before or during the job. Any revisions will be communicated to you and require your approval before additional work is performed.

5. Booking and Cancellation

Booking

Service bookings are confirmed via text, email, or phone. By accepting our quote, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon services at the agreed-upon price.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your service at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Same-day rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible but may incur a fee at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled service at any time before we arrive at no cost. If we have already arrived at your property, a trip charge of $75 may apply.

Weather-related rescheduling

If weather (rain, high winds, freezing temperatures) prevents safe service on the scheduled date, we will reschedule at the next available opening at no penalty to you.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Zelle, Venmo, ACH transfer, all major credit cards, and check. We do not require deposits for residential services. Commercial services may require a deposit as outlined in the service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To enable us to provide the best service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate property information and access details (gate codes, dogs, sensitive plants, etc.)
  • Ensure water and electrical access is available at the property
  • Move or secure valuable, fragile, or sensitive items from work areas before our arrival
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage, sensitive surfaces, or special concerns
  • Be available or designate someone to be available for the pre-job walkthrough
  • Promptly inspect completed work and notify us of any issues within 48 hours

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied with any aspect of the work we perform, contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge. This guarantee covers our standard scope of work and does not include damage caused by pre-existing conditions, customer-provided materials, or factors outside our control.

9. Limitation of Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

Important: Inherent risks of exterior cleaning

Pressure washing and soft washing involve water, chemicals, and equipment that carry inherent risks even when performed properly by trained professionals. By engaging our services, you acknowledge these risks.

While we use industry best practices and calibrated equipment, certain conditions outside our control may cause unintended outcomes. We are not liable for:

  • Damage to pre-existing weak, deteriorated, or improperly installed surfaces (loose paint, failing caulk, rotted wood, cracked stucco, damaged seals, deteriorated grout)
  • Damage to landscaping, plants, or grass when reasonable precautions were taken
  • Water intrusion through pre-existing gaps, defects, or improperly sealed windows, doors, or roofs
  • Discoloration revealed by cleaning that was hidden under dirt or grime
  • Effects of cleaning on items not disclosed by the customer (delicate finishes, custom paints, etc.)
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service that caused the claim. We carry general liability insurance for the protection of both parties; a Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.

10. SMS and Communication Consent

SMS Program Terms

By providing your phone number and consenting on our forms or by replying to our messages, you agree to receive text messages from Rinse Pros AZ.

Types of messages

  • Transactional messages: quote responses, appointment confirmations, arrival notifications, service updates, payment receipts, and post-service follow-ups
  • Promotional messages (with separate opt-in): seasonal offers, discounts, and reminders

Frequency, costs, and opt-out

  • Message frequency varies based on your service activity
  • Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services

Carrier liability disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers — including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and any other wireless service provider — are not liable for any delays, errors, or failures in the delivery of any text messages sent through this SMS program. Rinse Pros AZ shall not be held responsible or liable for any failure of any wireless carrier to deliver, receive, or transmit messages, or for any other technical issues related to message delivery, including but not limited to delays, lost messages, undelivered messages, errors, or interruptions in service.

You acknowledge and agree that text message delivery depends on the wireless carrier's network and is subject to the limitations and terms of service of that carrier. We make no warranty or guarantee regarding the timing, delivery, or receipt of any text messages.

11. Use of Our Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with website functionality
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Copy, scrape, or republish website content without our written permission
  • Use automated systems (bots, spiders, scrapers) to access the website

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, before/after photos, and proprietary designs — is owned by or licensed to Rinse Pros AZ and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may use photos of completed work (with addresses and identifying information removed) for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not want photos of your property used, please notify us in writing before service.

13. Reviews and Testimonials

We may request that you leave a review on Google, Facebook, Nextdoor, or other platforms after service. Participation is voluntary. By leaving a public review or testimonial, you grant us permission to share or quote it for marketing purposes.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rinse Pros AZ, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of our services, or your provision of inaccurate information.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You and Rinse Pros AZ agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith direct communication before initiating legal proceedings.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements or quotes, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rinse Pros AZ regarding the use of our website and services.
